Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds
Payments for Semlith Cloud are not refunded, including for the unused part of a month or a year.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the billing page in Semlith Cloud or by mailing billing@semlith.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; until then your plan works as before. After it ends, the workspace returns to Personal's limits.
Try it first
Team comes with a 14-day trial with no card, and Personal is free, so you can see Semlith Cloud work on your own repositories before you pay anything. The semlith binary is free and open source.
Charges that are wrong
A duplicate charge, or a charge made by mistake, is always corrected in full. Mail billing@semlith.com with the invoice.
Your statutory rights
Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase, that right applies, and nothing in this policy takes it away.
How refunds are made
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, processes every refund and chargeback, back to the way you paid. A refunded or charged-back subscription ends at once; the workspace's store is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
