What each plan holds
Queries are never metered. Three things are: how much the store holds, how many minutes of indexing a month, and how long the ledger keeps its rows. Pooled means the allowance is counted per seat and spent as one pot by the whole team.

Enterprise runs the same service in your own infrastructure; what it holds is set by the contract.
Said plainly
- Yearly is ten months. Pay for ten, get twelve.
- A 14-day Team trial, no card. At the five-seat minimum, when Cloud opens.
- Free Team for open-source maintainers and students. On request: mail hello@semlith.com.
- Your price is locked for twelve months from the day you buy.
- Queries are never metered. Ask as often as your agents want.
- Machine identities never count as seats. CI, routines and agents use org tokens, free.
- SSO is in Team. Not held back for Enterprise.
- No model in the retrieval path, so the index cannot make anything up. Every answer states the commit it was indexed at.
- A hosted store downloads and opens in the free binary, offline.
Questions
Who am I paying?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, charges the tax your country requires and sends your invoice. Semlith provides the service. USD prices exclude tax; INR prices include GST.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing page in Semlith Cloud or by mailing billing@semlith.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for. After that the workspace returns to Personal's limits: private repositories stop indexing, and their store is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded, including for part of a period, which is why Team comes with a 14-day trial and no card. A duplicate or mistaken charge is always put right, and where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right applies. The whole policy is on the refund page.
What happens when I reach a cap?
On Personal, indexing waits until the next month and queries keep answering. On Pro and Team you get a mail and a banner, and indexing carries on; we raise the cap by hand after a conversation, or a team adds seats.
Can I buy now?
Not yet. Semlith Cloud is opening soon; the Pro and Team buttons put you on the waitlist, and nothing is charged until you check out yourself once it opens.
